Personal Training
The Fitness Center offers 30-minute ($40) and 60-minute ($70) personal training sessions. Get the education and support you need to succeed, increase day-to-day performance or come back stronger from injury.
All personal trainers are educated, experienced and certified by an accredited health and fitness organization. Choose from one-on-one or semi-private training sessions (two participants) with a trainer who is committed to your success.
After a health and fitness professional assesses your needs, they will map a balanced, personalized plan for you. Personalized plans will address areas such as mindset, improving function to be more prepared and able to perform daily activities, fall prevention, performance improvement for more vigorous activities like golf and pickleball, and recovery from injuries or aches and pains. Your trainer can then coach you through workouts to help you learn the movements and techniques and help create consistency.
To find out more about personal training call the fitness center front desk, or stop by the fitness center and talk to one of the staff. You can also email one of the trainers directly by navigating to the trainer bio page and clicking on the trainer link.
An updated Physician Clearance must be on file in order to schedule and participate in private training, small group training, Pilates Reformer, or Orientation appointments.
SGT – Small Group Training
The Fitness Center offers various Small Group Training (SGT) classes ($10). Each small group classes/program is geared toward a specific exercise format such as Bodyweight Training, Osteoporosis, TRX (suspension training), or Core Exercises. The small group format allows for a reduced per-person fee while still providing support, motivation, and education from a fitness trainer throughout each class session.
- You can purchase SGT class packages online and reserve SGT class spots online.
- Spots must be paid for and reserved in advance (must have paid classes available on your account to hold a spot in a future class)
- 24 notice of cancellation required
- On the 10th of each month, class reservations become available for all of the following month. For example, on May 10th you can book spots throughout June
- 2 waitlist spots available per SGT class. Waitlist participants will be notified via email, in order, if a primary reservation cancels at least 24 hours in advance of the class time
