Biography:

Nora has been working in the fitness industry since 2017. She is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) from NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), and she is a Functional Aging Specialist through the FAI (Functional Aging Institute). She also has a bachelor’s degree from UC Davis.

Her objective is to help people maintain their mobility & balance as they grow older, use exercise as a tool to help improve & maintain quality of life, and teach people how to achieve their fitness goals.

She has experience with people at all levels of fitness. Her focus is senior fitness and special populations. She has worked with individuals with Parkinson’s, dementia, osteoporosis, sarcopenia and COPD, as well as people with knee and hip replacement post-physical therapy.

She is currently working on her Yoga teacher training 200Hr.
